Moallimee — Social
Pre-launch. Moallimee (معلمي — "my teacher") has a CRM workspace live at moallimee.crm.databayt.org but no public product or repo yet. This page is a scaffold: the channel and pillar choices below are proposals to confirm when the product's positioning is locked. Nothing here should ship as fact before launch.
Positioning (proposed)
- Business model: SaaS (marketplace, likely two-sided).
- Type: B2C (students / parents) + B2B (teachers / tutors).
- Working angle: connect students with the right teacher — tutoring, made simple.
- Confirm at launch: exact scope (tutoring marketplace vs. school-teacher tooling vs. LMS), primary market, and tagline. Until then, treat pillars as hypotheses.
Audience (proposed)
| Segment | Side | Likely driver |
|---|---|---|
| Students | Demand (B2C) | Find help fast, pass the exam, learn a skill |
| Parents | Demand (B2C) | A trustworthy tutor for their child |
| Teachers / tutors | Supply (B2B) | Students, income, a professional profile |
Channel mix (proposed)
Education-consumer product → student-heavy channels lead, with parent and messaging channels close behind.
| Priority | Channel | Why (proposed) |
|---|---|---|
| Primary | Instagram, TikTok | Where students are; study tips, tutor spotlights, short lessons |
| Primary | Tutor↔student coordination (messaging, not feed posts) | |
| Secondary | Snapchat | Student reach in Saudi/MENA |
| Secondary | Parents | |
| Low | X, LinkedIn | Teacher recruitment / thought leadership only |
Content pillars (proposed)
- Learning tips & micro-lessons — bite-size, exam-season aware, Arabic first.
- Teacher spotlights — recruit supply and build trust.
- Student wins — social proof once the product is live.
- Exam-prep seasons — align content to the academic calendar.

Do not open brand accounts until positioning is confirmed — a dormant, off-message account hurts more than no account. Credential tracking:

Voice
Encouraging, clear, student-friendly — see Brand & Voice. Arabic first. Final tone locks with the product's positioning.
